Our course in ‘Film Production Skills: Lighting and Rigging’ is open to qualified electricians only – those with Level 3 British qualifications.

The course will be led by highly experienced Lighting Technicans with decades of experience on film sets in the UK, Hollywood and rest of the world. You will taught how to move, handle, operate and dismantle, safely and efficiently, the most modern lighting equipment in use in world-leading studios and at one-off locations.

We particularly welcome qualified veteran soldiers from all branches of the UK Armed Forces – the British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Marines and Royal Navy. NB. The UK-based courses are open to those electricians who can legally work in the UK.

All applicants will either be assigned a place on a course or put on a Waiting List. As soon as a place is available you will be contacted immediately to confirm your reservation.

Courses will take place at two UK sites: Park Royal in west London, and in Newcastle:

-London Studio: The Studio, 183a Park Avenue Park Royal, London NW10 7XH

-Newcastle Studio: Kingsland and Church Studios 85 Gordon Rd, Byker Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne & Wear NE6 2FE.

The course fee is £4,495 + VAT, payable in advance and, please note, will exclude your travel and accommodation costs.
